SELF - PAY RATES FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY

If we do not accept your insurance, have a high deductible, or have exhausted your current authorization, we have affordable payment plans for you to choose from. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please give us a call to determine the best rates that work for you. Because we believe nothing should get in the way of your care, we will create an individualized plan that makes sense for you.  

PAY PER SESSION:

Initial Evaluation: $150

Each 60min Follow-up Session: $50

SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES:

We also provide prepaid packages that can be purchased using an affordable payment plan. Packages also include initial evaluation, but please note that refunds cannot be provided once purchased. They can be spread out as much as needed and additional packages can be purchased if necessary:

  • 5 session PT bundle: $300

  • 10 session PT bundle: $500

  • 20 session PT bundle: $1000

Wellness Services

SELF - PAY RATES  FOR STRETCHING/PLIABILITY  SESSIONS:

60 min session: $50

Includes full body stretching to help loosen tight muscles following a race, game or competition. Afterwards, will demonstrate how to use myofascial release tools to teach you how to stretch on your own in a safe and effective manner.

SELF - PAY RATES FOR ANNUAL PHYSICALS, POST-PT WELLNESS AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENS:

Includes assessment of full body mobility, strength, coordination, 7 point functional movement pattern assessment and corrective exercises to be performed. 

60 min session: $100

YOGA:

All yoga sessions are 60 minutes long:

$15/hour for both group and private in-house sessions

CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS:

$200/hour for 60min of any of the following either during lunch break or at the end of the day: 

  • Yoga

  • Posture correction while driving and at the desk

  • Workstation ergonomics

  • Educational
